These experiences sparked a deeper purpose: to help small business owners not only clean up their books, but also reclaim control, confidence, and clarity in their operations.
As the founder of Business Balance, Dee leads with a focus on both financial health and personal wellbeing—because when you're thriving, so is your business.

With over a decade of hands-on experience working alongside Dee McQueen, Tessa W. has seen the real cost of poor financial habits and avoidance—often leading businesses straight toward insolvency.
Known as the workhorse of Business Balance, Tessa brings a sharp eye for systems and detail, specialising in Xero integrations that streamline and stabilise even the most chaotic setups.
